Limited time and ingredients

I am busy, busy, busy at the moment  teaching 2 or 3 workshops every week, looking after elderly parents, writing a book, and even fitting in a part time job. Thats my excuse for not posting for a while! I have been returning to book forms though and here are 5 pages from a new book.
